We are a network of organizations joining forces to understand the changes and challenges facing Down East and to develop effective strategies for resilience and adaptation. These collaborations are not only supporting the needs of Down East, but can also benefit Carteret County and other regions facing similar challenges, positioning the area as a model for resilience.
